Positive: The actual room and the terraces are quite nice, owner was hospitable and friendly

Negative: Bathroom situation is a bit grim, it says across the hall in the description but you really have to go out into the common areas where people are sitting to access the bathroom - with the locking situation it made for a bit of a hassle. The across the street neighbor was engaged in heavy construction, sawing, jackhammering and drilling beginning in the early hours of the morning and we ended up leaving before our reservation ended because it was unbearable.
