Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Lovely touch with a small bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Roof top is nice but busy with clubbers.
Negative: Receptionist mumbled barely understood what he said. Night receptionist agreed to one hour later check out and yet we were questioned like school children the next morning why are we still in the room? Only one robe/dressing gown was in the room but was quickly remedied. Steam room wasn’t working, waited over half an hour for it to produce steam and two puffs came out - staff was apologetic but a pre warning would of been nicer so I don’t wait there for nothing.
Summary: Nice hotel but expect more from five star.
