You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

OUTDOORS:
The award winning architecture company, Backcountry Hut, designed this home to highlight the beauty of the natural surroundings. There is a breathtaking covered patio that showcases the floor to ceiling windows, wood ceiling, and a picturesque view of the backyard. With 2 adirondack chairs, it’s the perfect place to soak in the views.
Off the main sitting area, you’ll find a picnic table, firepit, and outdoor kitchen area.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (Walk in shower). This bedroom has a grand floor to ceiling window with views of the secluded backyard.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and cozy work from home area. This room faces the front of the house.
BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: Modern bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower. Attached to the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor.
Note: for showers, there is only one shower and it is attached to one of the two bedrooms.
Bathroom 2: A moody bathroom on the main floor with a gorgeous soaking tub
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, propane stove, drip coffee machine, stove top tea kettle, blender, crock pot, 2 slice toaster, microwave, and pots/pans/cutlery/dish ware that you would need. Off the kitchen you’ll find a stacking washer and dryer to use during your stay.
LIVING SPACE:
Enjoy the open concept living area with a comfy leather couch, Smart TV, small table for 2 and a chess board for game nights. The living area flows into the kitchen. The main floor has 2 entrances, one door on the side of the house with easy access from the driveway, and a second entrance with a stunning sitting area facing the backyard.
