Norfolk's oldest house? Heritage property with free parking for 3+ cars | House in Norwich

3 Bedroom House in Banham, Norwich
Summary:
The incredible Kings Head Cottage is a medieval hall house dating back to 1380 and believed to be the earliest inhabited house in Norfolk. Built away from the village after an outbreak of plague, it fell into serious disrepair before being restored by The Norfolk Historic Buildings Trust and winning a Civic Trust award as a result.
There are a number of unusual features such as huge inglenook fireplaces, undulating brick floors, and the bedroom displays a pair of very rare moulded Queen posts.

Other Things to Note:
This house is bursting with character due to it's history. But... it makes it a pain to keep it completely dust free.
We get our professional cleaners to turnover the space every single checkout, and the property gets a deep spring clean every six weeks. However you will likely find some flaking lime mortar or whitewash paint and possibly some dust on flat surfaces if you look hard enough. It shouldn't be an issue for most, but I wanted to specifically mention it.
The floors are not level, some of the door creak. Again, this adds charm but, it you're living in a brand new apartment with high gloss fixtures and fittings, it will feel different and may not be for you.
There are some very low doorways which cause a height hazard.
There is a low exposed beam in bedroom 2 which causes a trip hazard.
