A quick 15 minute trip to Old Town Scottsdale, the Mayo Clinic and TPC Scottsdale Champions cours is 10 minutes away, 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor!
The home is perfect for large groups that want to be centrally located in North Scottsdale and Old Town.
This 4 bedroom and three and a half bathroom home is two stories with high ceilings. Relax by the pool (which is fenced) or inside with the open living room/game room/dining area! There is Cornhole, Pool table and Foosball included.
