Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Old time cottage (1924) with beautiful view and was very clean. Lots of bedrooms. Big dining room table. Fire pit on the lake with wood. Bring your own outdoor chairs though
Negative: No outside furniture with a view of the lake. Property has a lot of poison ivy which I guess is typical up there, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Very few electrical outlets and not enough seating in the living room. Poor lighting. Bathrooms are old. No AC but it was ok with all the windows open. Cleaning crew did not finish on time. We didn’t get in until 5:30 instead of 4:00.
Summary: We were with great friends, kayaked the Platte and enjoyed storm cloud brewery for dinner. Overall we had a nice time. C
