Welcome to Northside Nest! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home is the perfect combination of cozy and cute with its 3 bedrooms 2 full baths fully stocked kitchen large dining room and comfy living area. This North Lubbock home is just minutes from several grocery stores shopping an entertainment; Texas Tech is about a 7 minute drive.
This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. The first and second bedroom have queen sized beds. The master suite has a king size bed. Each room comes with super comfortable new mattresses sheets and pillows. You will love sleeping here.
Both bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay which are located on the bed upon arrival. The front bathroom has a tub shower combo while the master has a walk in shower and separate bathtub. Toilet paper shampoo and body wash is available for all guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave stove and oven pots and pans cooking utensils and a coffee maker. A dining room table sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out.
The living room contains two comfy sofas that can also double as an extra sleeping space. These are brand new and are super comfortable. This area also contains a 55 Roku enabled TV. The WiFi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs. We do not provide cable but feel free to login to your TV provider account for access.
The backyard of this property is fenced in with fresh sod to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.
Garage is accessible for guests and can fit two vehicles.
The entire house is available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Shawna, is your local hosts. She is available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
