Higher Tregenna is a three-bedroom, self-catering detached holiday bungalow on the doorstep of the Atlantic coastline.
Our family detached bungalow is spacious, restful, extremely well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There are stunning countryside views from the large lounge, kitchen and dining rooms.
Only 10 minutes into Newquay with numerous Beaches to visit and a range of shops, places to eat, surf hire and lessons.
Sleeping up to 9 ideal for two families to share a get together.
The garden is large and open, parking for 3 cars, Wifi, use of garage to store surfboards and wetsuits.
On entering through the gate at Higher Tregenna you will be able to park 3 cars comfortably. As you open the front door you will walk into a ground level bungalow with access to all the rooms.
The lounge is spacious with seating up to 9 guests. There are large windows so you can view the countryside and you will be able to access outside from this room too. There are double doors which lead into the dining room which offers a large table and seating 9 guests. Again a very large window making it light with countryside views.
Carry on into the kitchen with is large with everything you need including a Dishwasher and full size Fridge and Freezer.
Off the kitchen there is a utilty room with a WM. From here you can access the garage which is for your use.
Off the corridor you will find 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom one is a double with shower ensuite.
Bedroom two is a double.
Bedroom three is a single room which will sleep 3 guests.
The second family bathroom has bath with shower over the bath.
For added convenience there is also a guest WC with toilet and wash basin.
The outside has a large grassed area with outdoor seating and the garage a tap for convenience to wash wetsuits etc
