Centrally located, Nuevo Sol is the perfect jumping off point to enjoy all that the high desert has to offer. The house is just a 12-minute drive from the black rock park entrance, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree Saloon, and 14 minutes to Pappy & Harriets and La Copine.

Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation.

The house is heated and cooled by central AC and heat.
• NO WOODEN OUTSIDE FIRES
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. *Propane fire pits are currently allowed.

Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.
• PETS
No pets are allowed at this property as the owner has severe allergies and asthma. There is a $750 pet fee added should a pet or pet items be found at the property
• POOL + HOT TUB
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.
