The open concept of the common area integrates a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, and a spacious living room as well as a quiet/office area, which will accommodate 4 guests comfortably.
The main bedroom suite consists of a King bed and an attached bathroom with a large shower and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a closet. Guest Bedroom 3 has two full size beds and a closet. A second bathroom with shower/bathtub combination is located between bedroom 2 & 3.
A screened-in pool and lanai do offer picturesque sunsets and a splendid view onto the Rotonda canals. Please note the pool is not heated at this time. A pool heater can be rented for $85/week.
This home has a laundry room with washer and dryer adjacent to a two car garage. There is additional parking space on the driveway. 2 Adult e-bikes, 2 kids bikes and Tennis racks are available for your use.
WiFi is free. The smart TV’s are equipped with Roku to allow customized entertainment. Books and games are available
