Summary: The property is located in a horrible area. Even the multiple Uber drivers said we were surrounded by the worst projects in San Juan. There was a real bad ant problem, and when mentioned they could not get an exterminator until 2 days later (that never showed up). Ants were in the kitchen, livingroom, and bedroom. A disclaimer should have been included in regards to not being able to flush toilet down the toilet. That made for a horrible experience. Not to mention, the water pressure would just cut off throughput the day. It happened several times while taking a shower and using the bathroom. You have to wait until it comes back to finish. I definitely will stay in a resort next time
