This is a floor-through 3rd floor end unit open to the trade winds with an east balcony and west facing palm shaded lanai with all weather wicker furniture. Tile floors and baths, granite counters, secured complex. Hi speed internet, fresh linens provided, laundry machines, fully equipped kitchen including food processor, coffee gear, air fryer.
For arrival, our local host will meet you at the gate during day and evening hours as possible.

Summary: It was clean and the location was convenient. The complex was nice and I appreciated the secure entrance. Sandra and the owner were both very responsive. My main complaints were the heat inside the apartment and not having access to the beach. The main reason we chose this location was because it was right on the beach. While it was on the beach, it was entirely fenced off and we had no access. We had been told that it was being worked on but not that it was entirely closed. The heat inside the apartment was oppressive. The only ac units we had access to were in the bedrooms, and not all of those worked. We weren't allowed to use the one in the main room. We were told to open the doors and allow the breeze to blow through and cool it off. There were no breezes for most of the days we were there. The overhead fans moved the air a bit but not much. I was often dripping sweat in that room. Due to the holidays and the weekend, it took a couple of days but Sandra and the owner were able to get the non-working ac unit in the bunk room replaced. The ac unit in the main bedroom was dripping water on the floor and we had to often wipe the floor and put bowls under it so we wouldn't slip. The owner did give us a partial credit for the inconvenience. I didn't give a one star review because they were helpful in getting the issues they could resolved. I understand that the beach being closed was beyond their control but we should have been told that it was not accessible.
