Enjoy the master queen size bed and fresh linens for a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. The bathroom has a double sink and a large shower for your total relaxation. The master has 2 separate large closets and a reading nook by the window. Enjoy the extraordinary views from the large octagonal window in the room. There is 1 full hallway bathroom upstairs, one bedroom with a twin size bed and one office that can accommodate 2 extra guests with the futon bed. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a stove that has a built in air fryer for those heart healthy ones and microwave for quick and easy meal preparation if cooking isn't your favorite past time. Enjoy the large living room and dining room with your friends and family. Entertainment is at your finger tips with the large TV and Roku box with paid Netflix for your use and enjoyment. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well. The outside front and back yards are fully landscaped. Step out on the wrap around decking where you will enjoy the awe inspiring sun rise and sun set as well as the fresh coastal breeze. The outdoor furniture and swing give you the opportunity to relax and fully take in and enjoy the calm and peace of the Oregon coast as you sip your cup of coffee or tea in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Let's not forget the numerous activities that you can enjoy like the world famous sand dunes that are located nearby, the endless trails for hiking, the ocean and beaches to have fun on and all of the great food, cafes and shopping in the many antique stores that Coos Bay and North Bend offer.
HOUSE RULES:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
2. DRUG USE IS PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY.
3. NO FIREARMS ON THE PROPERTY.
4. NO THIRD PARTY RENTING ALLOWED. TENANT MAKING THE RESERVATION MUST BE THE ONE STAYING AT THE HOUSE.
5. The house must be kept clean and orderly for hygienic and safety reasons.
6. Kitchen dishes must be washed prior to check-out.
7. No cooking of seafood products inside the house.
8. Washer and dryer use is limited to lightly soiled personal clothing, linens and towels. Washer and dryer use is not allowed for heavily soiled items. E.g. Recreational fabrics- sandy towels or clothing, camping gear or clothing or any commercial or heavy duty fabric or items, etc.
9. Access to or use of the garage is prohibited.
10. Do not remove or relocate any of the furniture and/or contents of the house or deck.
11. No parties or events without prior approval.
12. Do not tamper with the coded lock on the front door.
13. Noise must be kept to a reasonable minimum at all times.
14. No loud noises before 9am or after 10 pm.
15. Fire and carbon monoxide alarms must not be tampered with.
16. Children must be watched at all times for safety reasons. Children that are not able to stop at or safely navigate stairs must be kept away from the staircase by use of a child safety gate that is provided.
17. Use of the stairs is at tenants own risk. Tenant assumes sole liability for accident and/or injury incurred during use of the stairs.
18. All damages and/or replacement costs to the interior and/or exterior of the house and it's belongings or property will be the sole liability of tenant and due immediately upon request.
19. Do not tamper with or modify anything in the home or on the property.
20. Any taxes, deposits, administration fees, extras and cleaning fees will be included as part of your overall charges in addition to the daily house rental fees.
* Tenant agrees that violation of any of these rules will result in your immediate eviction from the property without refund of any and all monies charged, held or paid for the rental of the home, administration, extras and/or any and all deposits and taxes. In addition, Tenant agrees to be held responsible for and immediately payable to home owner any and all damages, collection and/or legal fees associated with their stay. Tenant agrees to not pursue any disputes, refunds or charge backs from home owner, VRBO, and /or their credit card company or banking/financial institutions. Tenant agrees to not hold home owner liable or responsible for any loss or damages, legal or arbitration fees associated with their stay. Tenant agrees to have acknowledged and accepted all rules and regulations associated with their stay immediately upon booking.
