This is a three-story home with a 2-bedroom, 2-bath on each floor. Perfect for grown families with children. This is a new home, very clean and fresh with modern amenities and fixtures.
Birds and jungle animals surround the area. Toucans are seen daily along with crested guans, hawks, and hummingbirds. Mammals seen on the property include coatis, agoutis, tayras, monkeys, and badgers.
It is a lovely spot close to the ocean (1,700 feet), but high enough (200' above sea level) on the hillside to enjoy the ocean views and breezes.

Summary: We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. While it's not very long, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. We had a Toyota Corolla and managed just fine, except during one rainy night when the car couldn’t make it up the hill, and we had to walk to the property. That was the only minor inconvenience.The outdoor area of the property is still under construction, and the hosts mentioned that they plan to build a pool soon, which will be a great addition. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back to this place in the future!
