Welcome to Ocean Views Oasis, a beach front, ocean front condo that directly overlooks the Caribbean. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves while enjoying stunning views as sea turtles, whales and fishermen pass by. Surf, swim, snorkel, fish, or boogie board directly out front, our family friendly three bedroom and two bathroom condo is located in a quiet complex. Our amenities include two pools, gym, basketball court, tennis court, gym car wash and 24/7 gated security.
Located next to a fisherman's village, steps from historical Isabela Plaza, and 5 minutes from Jobos beach and 10 minutes from Aguadilla Airport, we are near most restaurants and supermarkets. Our super cool bike path directly out front of the complex leads through the rain forest and takes you directly to Middle Beach (where the corona pro surfing contest takes place) as well as Jobos Beach.
Please note: from June-November is storm season here in PR. During this time , internet, electrical, cell service and water outages (or low flow water or brownouts) may occur. Booking this Airbnb (and any Airbnb in PR) means you understand and are fully aware of this reality as we can not guarantee these amenities.
Guests are welcome to use whatever supplies are in the Airbnb (not in locked off areas). However, we recommend all guests stock up on any provisions they think important for themselves before or upon arrival. These may include water, candles (matches), flashlights, canned food, music and netflix or Amazon prime on cell phones and ipads. If there is an electrical, cell, or internet outage, do not expect us to answer immediately. We will reply as promptly as we can.
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll per kitchen, and 1 towel per person is provided.
*Regular pool, lawn, ac, and other maintenance is ongoing for our Airbnbs. Accordingly, we will require access to the property at times to complete these tasks to keep our properties up to par.

Summary: We have stayed in PR many times before just a little bit more down the road and it was a lot quieter where we stayed. Being so close to the town and behind the drive strip along the beach there could be very loud at times. The view from the condo was indeed amazing though. There was a party bus that would go by and play loud music as well as beep continuously at times. Cars driving by could be extremely loud passing by at all times of the night and day. Also one night at around 12 or so a fire alarm in the complex was blaring and woke me up in a panic. As far as the condo I have one huge complaint we had what I guess were tiny sugar ants from the moment we arrived all over the kitchen even when food was not left over on the counter or in cabinets. They were there before we were. We had to keep everything in the fridge even if we normally wouldn't put snacks and stuff in the fridge because they belong in the cabinet instead. I had a small bag of cheerios I brought for the baby in the cabinet and it was taken over by the ants, they even got in the sealed ziplock bag. This could be very frustrating and inconvenient at times especially when wanting to eat at the table and you had to watch for the ants, they were there as well and even on the end tables of the livingroom at times. Other then those two things the condo was well stocked and I wish the listing on the site had more info as I over packed and could have left some things home such as beach toys for the kids and a cooler which there were several available. Plenty of towels available for beach and pool as well. One more thing I didn't like and wasn't aware of at booking was they asked us to empty all the garbages (bring them down to the dumpster located across the parking lot way in back) as well as unmake all the beds. We paid for the condo to be cleaned and then we're asked to clean it. Not what someone wants to do on their last moments of vacation especially when they paid for cleaning. Other then those things which I want potential future renters to be aware of the trip was great. like I said the view was amazing and the condo was clean. We didn't have any real issues other then the damn ants which I guess can at times come with the Island life.
