The Space:
Nothing speaks timeless elegance quite like Ocean Villa Vista, a luxury holiday retreat in Mount Eliza. This four-bedroom plus study home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and is set on a large, secured garden oasis with an inground kidney shaped solar heated pool.
Ocean Villa Vista is perfectly located less than 500 metres walk to the coveted Ranelagh beach at the end of the street and 1.5 kms (15-20 minutes’ walk) from thriving village shops. This gorgeous retreat has two separate living zones (one with a gas fireplace), three bathrooms plus two large, impressive King bedrooms upstairs both with water views.
Flexible slumber arrangements are of great benefit. All bedrooms located upstairs are designed to capture light and water views. The luxurious master bedroom has a king-size bed that can be separated into 2 king singles, bedroom two is a large king bedroom with a separate sofa bed and TV, both bedrooms have magnificent water views. Two further bedrooms include queen and a triple bunk bedroom (double on the bottom, single on the top).
Located on the ground level and designed to entertain, the gourmet kitchen flows freely between the 8-seater dining room, casual 4-seater dining and both living rooms and includes a Ilve Chefs Oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, Euro Dishwasher, Samsung Fridge and Freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, pantry and over looks the pool and al fresco covered dining.
Located on the lower split living level overlooking he pool with access to the al fresco domain is the open plan living with large chaise, smart TV with Netflix ceiling fan and blinds.

(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments (American Express not accepted).
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
