The house features 4 master bedroom suites on the oceanfront, 3 additional bedrooms on the west side of the house, and 8 bathrooms including the poolside cabana. Arise early for a cup of coffee with family or friends (on the elevated gazebo with built-in seating at the end of the private boardwalk), and share the experience of spectacular sunrises illuminating the ocean waves with purple, pink and red hues.
Spread your towels, your tent and even your playpen (from the house’s baby closet) on the beach at the end of the private walkway for a day of tanning and playing in the roaring ocean waves—all visible from the Raised Living Area, Dining Room, Breakfast Room and Master Bedroom by members of your party who prefer or need to remain inside.
When it’s time to relax in the shade, return to your “Castle” where you can play in the 40' x 20' oceanfront pool with elevated baby pool and 4' waterfall or read on the pool deck, one of 4 other decks or in the library-- private places even with large family groups. You can even request to have the pool heated for an additional fuel fee.
