With walls of glass at every turn, this is a place for beachcombing, wildlife-watching, and immersing yourself in the wild beauty of the Washington Coast.
This two-story, eco-friendly home sits just across the dunegrass from a broad stretch of beach, easily accessed via a private trail outside the back door. The nearly 360-degree views stretch from the ocean to the west and to the nature preserve wetlands immediately east. Downtown Ocean Shores - home to Pacific Paradise, Playtime Family Fun, the Ocean Shores Golf Course, and the Ocean Shores Convention Center - is just over four miles south. This is also a wonderful home base for exploring Seabrook (12 miles) and Olympic National Park (47 miles).
After a day spent surfing, birding, fishing, or clamming, stroll back to the house to make use of the spectacular outdoor areas. Light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, set the table on the elevated deck for an unforgettable sunset dinner, and head downstairs to the lower deck to soak in the hot tub beneath a shimmering night sky.
The oceanfront setting is enhanced by the home's plentiful windows, soaring ceilings, and sleek, contemporary style. The great room is encased in glass, offering a view straight out to the crashing ocean waves. Stream movies by the fireplace, set up board games at the dining room table, and prepare your favorite meals in a top-of-the-line kitchen (with a Sub-Zero fridge, a Wolf gas stove, a steam oven, and other high-end Wolf appliances).
Entertainment is provided for all ages, including a downstairs den with another smart TV, a children's play nook with books and toys, and a garage stocked with a Ping-Pong table, a putting green, a pop-a-shot, and a cornhole set to bring out on sunny days. The bedrooms include an expansive primary suite on the main floor with lofty ceilings, a walk-in closet, and oceanfront views from the bed and the spa-like bathroom (offering an indoor spa steam room and double showerheads).
