Positive: Nice and very quiet location with great views. Very roomy common areas like the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were comfortable.

Negative: Didn't have coffee beans or K-pods to brew coffee. Seating in living room was uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have cable TV to watch local content.
