This beautifully decorated, 3,000 square-foot oceanfront home is located in the prestigious Ocean Ridge neighborhood.
The vacation retreat has ten-foot ceilings, walls of windows accentuating beautiful ocean views, new luxury nine-inch plank flooring, all new maple cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, and six TVs. You will be impressed by the plush, showroom quality decor and accessories. The fully renovated kitchen includes granite and quartz countertops, a spacious island with a cooktop, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. The double ice maker is sure to be appreciated by large families.
The main suite has top-shelf bedding and a great view of the ocean from an upper deck. The completely remodeled luxury main suite bathroom boasts a huge walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, a double vanity, and a gorgeous freestanding tub. The second large main suite has an oversized pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, and another deck to view Topsail's most beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. The game table area includes DVDs, games, and books for all ages.
An oversized ocean-view deck extends the full length of the home and is loaded with all-wood outdoor furniture. Spend some time on the large open deck or at the Ocean Ridge pool, located just a short walk down the beach. Two enclosed garages are available for parking or for enjoying a family game of ping pong.
