Oceanfront luxury villa 20 minutes south of San Pedro Belize. Start your day by the private pool watching the sunrise over the second largest barrier reef in the world. The downstairs is designed for entertaining with a large kitchen area, dining room table, and family room. Three large bedrooms upstairs each with an attached bathroom.
This oceanfront private villa is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing Caribbean vacation. The villa has a large veranda for sunbathing as well as a covered area to lounge. The private oceanfront pool is the perfect way to cool off after a day of snorkeling or kayaking. Tour boats will pick you up on the private dock for your ocean or mainland tours. The upstairs includes 3 large bedrooms each with a full private bath and a laundry room. Enjoy a nice King size bed in the Master Suite, and a Queen size bed in the additional two bedrooms suites. There is also a Twin Memory Foam mattress under each Queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements.
Floreo Belize offers full concierge services from tours to a private chef for that special dinner.
Floreo is a professional booking agency and works with local property care teams to clean and service the property. Our guest concierge agents are available 7 days a week to assist with questions and coordinate any issues with the local support.

Summary: This is a great house that was perfect for our family of 5 EXCEPT for the service after check in. That was extremely disappointing. We arranged to have a taxi pick up at the ferry building and a 6 seater golf cart delivered to the house. The property representative, Andre, forgot to pay the taxi driver and we had only a 4 seat golf cart delivered (uncomfortable for 5 people to squeeze in for 20 min trip into town). Upon entering the house, the temperature IN the house was 92 degrees! Andre attempted to fix the thermostat but was unable to. Fortunately, each bedroom has its own wall A/C unit so sleeping was comfortable. The next day a repairman was sent to the house to repair the thermostat. It didn't work-the house never got below 86 degrees for the entire 5 days. Management was notified of this on the second day. 2 dead cockroaches were found in the master bedroom upon check in. We ran out of paper towels and bottled water the second day-a request was made twice for replacements and both were subsequently ignored. Andre had also said he would bring over a fishing pole on the second day-that never happened either. Upon check in, Andre was making arrangements to pay the taxi driver for 2 round trips (arrival and departure) He stated he had paid for both trips and would charge my credit card. Upon departure, we discovered at the drop off at the airport, Andre had NOT paid the taxi driver. Beautiful property but poor management!!!
