The private large sundeck is great for sunbathing, whale watching, morning coffee, afternoon lunches, or evening cocktails! Bring your family dog for long walks on the beach! Conveniently located just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and 2 great fishing piers that also offer wonderful restaurants and nightlife. This home is situated in the less commercialized area of South Nags Head. It is the perfect summer vacation spot for beach and sun lovers. Also ideal for Fall and Winter vacationers who love fishing, long brisk walks on the beach, and chilly days in front of the gas fireplace!
Ocean views can be enjoyed on both levels!
Level 2: The lower level has a den with a queen-sleep sofa and flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a queen, and 2 bedrooms with twins as well a full hallway bathroom. This level leads out to the large sundeck where you will also find the outside shower!
Level 3: Here you will find breathtaking ocean views from the great room with another flat screen TV, gas fireplace, kitchen and dining areas, and the queen master bedroom with TV!
Level 1: The laundry room is located on the ground level.
