Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Delight in the SeaCrest amenities of either oceanfront pools(only heated in March and April) , kiddie pool, indoor heated recumbent pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and boardwalk to the white sandy beach and wave upon wave. Don't forget the famous Pool Bar Jim's with specialty delicious food such as burgers and fish tacos. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!
