While we strive to make your stay memorable, construction-related circumstances are beyond our control.
3. Fauna Encounters:
Wildlife Abounds: Tulum is home to a diverse range of creatures, from sea turtles to jungle-dwelling species. These animals may pass through or seek new habitats due to ongoing changes and construction: Please do not harm any wildlife you encounter. Notify us if you come across any animals so we can safely return them to their natural environment. Should any concerns occur, we will assist in resolving them, but we cannot be held accountable for external situations. Please note that this does not affect your experience with the villa itself.
