Positive: Quiet but central. Nice internal courtyard. A tranquil haven away from the chaos of Carnival. Comfortable beds, adequate kitchen with all essential facilities

Negative: It's a bit dark and gloomy. Nice to have window coverings that can be drawn back, or roller blinds, to admit more light.
