Summary: Had a fire alarm go off early in the morning one night - no communication from the hotel staff as to why it went off, it was assumed once the alarm stopped we could return to our room. No compensation for the sleep disruption or even an offering. Was told I could use my BCAA for a discount at check in when I phoned about having a dog as no where to acknowledge that we had a dog when booking online but then was told at checkout that booking on Expedia I was unable to change the rate/apply any type of discount.
