The Robin's Nest Cottage is centrally located in the Old North End neighborhood, walking distance to shopping, services, Penrose Hospital, and more. No pets, no parties or loud groups please. Enjoy this fully furnished 2 bedroom plus attic loft, 1 bath single family home. The attic loft, or Robin's Nest, has a single queen bed with reading nook and meditation space with futon and TV. Bedroom 2 looks into the private back patio has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is a cozy private room with tall ceilings and a twin bed. The living room has large comfy couch, large smart TV and work space. The kitchen is stocked with the necessities. Trash and recycling on site. Relax in the living area, covered porch or private back patio. 420 friendly but please enjoy outside only, not all guests want to smell your Colorado adventure ;) .
The cottage is over 100 years old. There are some quirks and character to the place due to its age, but it's cozy, clean and perfectly located for all things Colorado Springs. Please keep this in mind.
***THERE IS NO CENTRAL AC *** If this is something that you MUST have in a vacation rental, my place is not for you. There are plenty of fans, a window unit and it generally stays pretty comfortable.
