Our retreat was built for a sunny getaway with your best gal pals, a couples get-a-way and of course your family. We have enough beds to sleep up to 14 people (no pullout couches or blow up beds) with brand new memory foam mattresses and fresh bedding. A modern kitchen, large dining area and plenty of charging outlets await you for your devices.
Get ready for pool hangs and prickly pear margaritas. The yard is perfect for entertaining with a private pool, hot tub, outdoor TV, beautiful patio BBQ and yard games including a putting green, bag toss, yard yahtzee, connect 4, and ring toss. Whether watching your favorite team play on the big screen, or perfecting your putt, we are here for it.
Bringing the kiddos? Along with a Pack ‘n Play, we have kid dishware, kid-centric pool toys, games and books to keep them entertained. Of course, safety is always top of mind, and we have a pool fence for the littles if needed.

Additional Notes:
- You’re going to wish you could stay longer, but at minimum you’ll need to book 3 nights
- We love dogs. Should you decide to include your four-legged fur pal, there will be a $100 fee, limit one per stay.
-Please note: Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor all House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance).
- This is a non-smoking home therefore smoking inside, outside, or anywhere on the property is not permitted (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.)
- Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with families/small children on either side of us. We want you to have fun, but know that if you’re looking to throw a rowdy party, we are not the place for you. We’re respectful of our neighbors and don’t allow loud music or obscene language outdoors.
**Security cameras have been placed at the front of the home and in the backyard. Of course, there are no cameras inside the house. We are merely taking extra measures to secure our home when we’re not there. If our security cameras or noise monitors are tampered with, there is a $250 fine.
HOUSE RULES
By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules:
1. Do not tamper with any pool settings or equipment. And please do not remove the vacuum from the pool.
2. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests, visitors, pets or vendors (such as Cabana Boys) are not allowed unless previously approved by your host.
3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 8PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will incur a fee and removal from the property without refund.
5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
6. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
7. This property has video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests and of our home while we’re not there. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters are also present outside the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. Please keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 8 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property is not the right one for you.
9. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.
