1 Bedroom House in Loix
Lover of the Ile de Ré well before the construction of the Bridge (1986), our little house (a former renovated Chai dupleix) is ideally located in the heart of the historic village of the most charming and picturesque village of Loix.
Market Square and the church at 200m (market, restaurant / bar with terrace, bakery, post office, carousel for children (a real institution!).
Superette (Spar) at 300m.
Car parking at 130m.
Loix beach at 500m.
Everything is done by bike or on foot (this is the big advantage of Loix and Ile de Ré in general).
Our small house consists of 2 levels of 38m2 each, distributed as follows:
- Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, table for 4 (possible 6), sitting area, TV, separate toilet and large closets (under the stairs).
- Upstairs mezzanine: a large room / room with 2 double beds, one of 160 the other 140 (bedding of very good quality), separated by a screen. A shower room with toilet and washing machine is located in the middle of these 2 "night zones".
A large closet completes the floor.
Ideal:
- for a couple with young children (for a very family and intimate stay;)
- as "home supplement" (for large family reunions (Christmas, New Year's Eve, wedding / baptism events etc.).
TO NOTE !
A real plus to fully enjoy your future stay réhais, quiet, clean air of the ocean and without a car (or almost)? : there is no WIFI;)
