If you don't want to go far, this mansion is located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood that is enjoyable for going on walks. 6 blocks to Gary's Grove - Old Cannery Park with benches for watching birds, the water and has a wonderful view of the sunset. 6 blocks to the 7th Street Theater, an antique restored theater with weekly events and showings. There is also a 9 tee disc golf course at Sam Benn Park in Aberdeen. 5 minute drive to the Grays Harbor National Wildlife Refuge. Lots of surrounding hiking trails. 5 minute drive to Harborena Roller Skating Rink, and 10 minutes to the Aberdeen Extreme Fun Center.

Brunch 101 is a highly recommended local spot to catch breakfast or lunch and is only 6 blocks away. The Hoquiam Brewery is a great spot to catch drinks and dinner and it is 5 blocks away. The 8th Street Ale house is a good spot to grab lunch or dinner as well and it is 8 blocks away. The Westport Winery is a 25 minute drive and is one of, if not, the best restaurant until Olympia. They have won multiple awards, have an incredible wine selection and amazing food. They also have a Mermaid Museum and beautiful garden with trails throughout, highly recommend.
