Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 total bathrooms, this home has over 5100 square feet spread throughout a main house, and an attached cottage with a second kitchen! This unique and spacious waterfront lodge will be the
perfect gathering place for your group to enjoy the Pierre area and river activities! In the summer months the floating dock will be in the water behind the property as well, making it great to dock a boat or jet skis for your vacation! There's also a boat and jet ski rental business just south of the property in Ft. Pierre that's willing to deliver rentals to the boat dock!
Waters Edge is an amazing home in the Ft. Pierre area just on the other side of the river from the state Capital, Pierre. When you enter the lodge, you'll be greeted by the great room, which is an enormous, vaulted area including the kitchen, dining and living room that seamlessly come together easy for gathering. The beautiful fireplace is accented by a wall of windows out onto the deck with an incredible view of the Missouri River. There's a formal dining room with seating for up to 8 people, and the kitchen has been carefully furnished to provide everything you will need to be able to cook together and provide additional seating around the kitchen island. You'll have all the comforts of home with a stove, microwave, fridge, and cooking utensils to make great meals. The main floor features the master bedroom with its own attached bathroom and walk-in shower, along with river views from most of the amazing windows. On the upper level of the main house, you'll find two more bedrooms along with additional sleeping with 2 sofa sleepers.
As you move into the second living room off the kitchen area, the views of the river become more apparent with panoramic views! There's a flat-screen TV to stay connected and watch your favorite movie, and enough space for your group to spread out and enjoy your company. There's also a second walk-out area onto the deck area where you'll never forget that wonderful view! There's a well manicured back yard that has enough room to enjoy your company as you watch the boats go buy on the river.
To add to an amazing riverside lodge, you'll also enjoy the attached cottage that's complete with a full second kitchen, along with an additional loft and bedroom on the upper level with it's own private riverside deck! You can take in the view for days from just about anywhere on this property! There are two separate driveways (one for the main lodge, and one for the attached cottage) making it great for guests pulling trailers with boats or other water based machines!
