Summary: We booked here for our family both upon our arrival and before our departure, as our international flights were both in the middle of the night. There is no bathroom within the property. You have to leave and go out into the airport to use the communal bathroom. The rooms are very stuffy. If you’re lucky, your room will have a portable fan that works. The TVs don’t work. The only TV available to watch any shows is in the main area, but they keep the sound off. We booked two rooms as twin over full and they gave us rooms with two twins. Not even a normal sized twin bed. About 2/3rds the width of a normal twin bed. We paid extra to have a larger bed on the bottom. Super annoyed to find that they didn’t have the rooms that we paid for. Tried to get towels to shower and we’re told that they didn’t have any clean towels available. Would skip this place and book a real hotel somewhere else. Plenty of places close by in La Alta.
