Our Place By the Sea is a lovely, spacious 1-bedroom home with great porches, a nice patio deck, and an observation tower overlooking the Gulf and the town. Beautifully and newly redecorated to warm and lift your spirits, the home welcomes you with a brightly colored front porch and iconic porch swing.
The first floor has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a comfortable living area with a sofa sleeper, as well as a powder room.
Upstairs, the second floor includes a bright and open bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and private balcony.
Right off the bedroom is access to the tower balcony, a place to relax and enjoy great views of the town of Seaside.
