5 Bedroom Villa in Challans
We rent our house for a period of 3 weeks from July 19th (2678 € / week).
It is a contemporary villa, on one level, a few kilometers from the beaches (Saint Gilles Croix de Vie - Noirmoutier - Saint Jean de Mont).
The house is built around a large patio, a real summer room. The pool is heated. The large exotic wooden terrace and the shaded garden will allow you to enjoy life outdoors.
LIVING ROOM of 50 m2 with direct access to the terrace and the patio. The living room table seats 8 people. The sofa is large with a meridian.
THE PATIO: central and major room in the house, you take your breakfast in the sun. Your dinners are extended thanks to the stretched canvas with which it is equipped. An additional heater is available. A table can accommodate 8 people for meals. Around the patio, large hallway access to the kitchen bedrooms, living room and a separate toilet.
THE KITCHEN: it is fully equipped. A large fridge + freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, we leave at your disposal all the utensils of our kitchen. The central table can accommodate 8 people. The kitchen has direct access to the patio.
REAR KITCHEN: equipped with a washing machine and dryer, a second large fridge, large closets with all kitchen utensils (robots, facts-touts, etc ...).
NIGHT SPACES (sheets and towels are provided)
1 - The master bedroom: bed 160 x 200, with a dressing area and a bathroom with spa bath, shower and two sinks.
2 & 3 - Around the patio there are two bedrooms (children / teenagers) with beds of 140 x 190. These bedrooms each have access to a bathroom with an independent sink, and a shared shower.
4 - In the garden area, an office with a sofa bed provides access to the second sleeping area. With TV. An independent toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
5 - a room which has a bed of 140x200, a television, a small office.
6 - A room with direct access to the pool, a small dressing room, a bed of 140x200.
THE SWIMMING POOL (9 X 3.5, 1m40 deep) is treated with salt, and heated. It is equipped with a tarpaulin and security. The garden is fully enclosed. He has a trampoline.
6 sunbeds, 2 garden chairs, 1 plancha, 1 barbecue, 1 umbrella, 2 large tables for meals.
EXCHANGE WITH VACANCERS:
We will not be physically present during your stay. On the other hand, we wish to establish a direct communication with our guests, by telephone and email during the reservation and until your arrival. A person on site will ensure each day of the smooth running of the stay (pool and garden maintenance, questions about home operation, etc. ..). We ask our visitors to take care of our cat during their stay.
