A 1600 sq. ft manufactured home. Very clean. We will allow 1 boat and trailer, 3 vehicles and 6 people. There will be an additional charge for extra boats cars, trailers and people. Fully furnished including washer and dryer. Office with bunk beds. Property includes a covered boathouse and is located 300 ft. from the St. John's River on a wide canal. The river offers many activities including fishing and boating. Nice boat ride to Silver Glens, Salt Springs, DeLeon Springs, Blue Springs. Canoeing or kayaking can be done on the river or at many of the state parks mentioned above. Besides fishing in the canal or on the river there is great fishing in Lake George, Lake Dexter and Lake Woodruff. You can see lots of wildlife, too, such as turtles, alligators, manatee, bald eagles, osprey, pelicans and turkeys to name a few. Many restaurants are available by water or land. Ocala National Forest also offers many outdoor activities. There are hiking trails, OHV trails, horse trails, hunting and/or bird watching. It is also a 45 minute ride to the beach or 1-1 1/2 hour drive to many of the attractions such as Cape Canaveral, Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and St. Augustine. Plenty of activities to keep everyone happy. Has boat launch and lift. Pontoon boat tours and airboat tours are available.
