Master bedroom contains king size sleep number bed, the second bedroom has a king size sleep number bed, the third bedroom with double doors has a very comfortable queen size bed as well as a queen size pull out couch bed in the living room. The master bedroom also has a TV. The living area has a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. The house has cable TV plus WiFi. Steps away from the front door is a small quiet family park with gazebos, playground, picnic tables, grill and small private beach great for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Watch beautiful sunsets while enjoying the evening breeze. Step out back onto a quiet patio. Patio includes a table and chairs. The garage is stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, BBQ grill, and outdoor chairs. The property has plenty of outside space with room to play. No steps or stairs anywhere! Summary: This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! We had 5 kids from age 4-9 and had a blast with the paddle board at the mini beach across the street. We especially loved Robert R Keys beach just 9 minutes away. Sherri was so prompt in communicating and super kind and accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and grocery stores just a mile down the street. We loved it so much we may make it an annual visit!
