This home is a functional and fun space thoughtfully designed and executed with our guests in mind. A modern gourmet kitchen, with a large kitchen island, Fisher & Paykel appliances, pantry, Breville espresso coffee machine, lots of entertaining areas including two large lounge areas, an indoor/outdoor dining area that joins to the large covered outdoor deck.
The lounge is the hub of the home, with a gorgeous oversized sofa you can watch a movie or open the glass sliding doors maximising the expansiveness of the downstairs area.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, furnished with brand new super comfortable beds, ceiling fans, lots of wardrobe space and ducted air conditioning.
Upstairs:
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a balcony off the bedroom, perfect for letting in the cool ocean breeze in the evening. Plenty of hanging space, drawers and luggage storage in the walk through wardrobe. Ensuite with bath, 'rain' shower and toilet. Samsung smart t.v. ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with large wardrobe for hanging your clothes, Sony smart t.v, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
The third bedroom has a Queen bed with large wardrobe for hanging your clothes, in built daybed with extra storage, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
