This renovated early 1800's cape is perched high up on Bailey Island offering open ocean views complete with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the salty sea air from the expansive lawn in one of A Point of View's Adirondack chairs. This property can accommodate up to 7 guests and is conveniently located within walking distance to area beaches such as Mackerel Cove and Cedar Beach. Bailey Island also offers a boat launch, wonderful oceanside restaurants and an amazing general store.
Upon entering the house you will walk right into the den. The den provides a lovely spacious living area as well as a Murphy bed for some added sleep space. On the rest of the main level, there is the well equipped kitchen, a lovely dining room that looks out onto the lawn, and a living room with panoramic views out to the ocean. Off of the living room is a full bathroom complete with a washer and dryer and a stand-up shower. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a twin bed. There is a full bath with a tub as well. So if you're looking for a place with everything Bailey Island has to offer then "A Point Of View" is for you!
