Heated tile floors throughout entire accommodation. Each bedroom & living room have a large flatscreen TV with Firefox remote/stick w. Amazon/Netflix/cable/HBO and more.
There’s a smart speaker/googl in main living area to play music or ask questions, weather updates etc.
Your own private hot tub overlooking the valley and vineyards on your covered, 1000 sq ft private deck.
Miles of hiking trails though a nature preserve right out the front door.
Well behaved pets allowed with a $40 per stay pet fee.

PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU PLAN TO BRING YOUR FOUR LEGGED FRIEND. We adore and welcome them. The Pet fee is $40 pet cleaning fee per pet, per day. Your pet fees must be paid for at time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot make acceptations to this fee.
This does not cover costs of any pet related damage that may occur.

Pets must be FULLY POTTY TRAINED AND LET OUT FOR TOILETING REGULARLY, along with the following:
Not allowed on furniture at any time during the stay.
Not left alone, unless kenneled responsibly for short durations.
Leashed and picked up after.
ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR IN BOOKING, AT TIME OF BOOKING. ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS MAY BE ADDED LATER, BUT MUST ABSOLUTELY BE ADDED INTO THE ACTAUL RESERVATION PRIOR TO START OF RESERVATION.
We kindly request quite time after 10PM.

The hot tub and ping pong table are available and ready on your own private, covered deck. These are for your exclusive use and only accessible from your patio doors.

We have a 1.5 year old and you may hear her because we live above the suite. We do our best to keep her thoughtful and aware that we have guests.
