The space
The Guest suite is the entire top floor of our four storied home that’s built into the side of the Dundee Hills. It has the main house entry and direct access to the unit from the driveway, with no stairs. The floor is completely separate and locked off from the lower levels and there are no shared spaces. What you see in the pictures is all yours and not shared or accessible to others. We live on the second level below the Guest Suite.
Guest access
There are two tandem parking spots in the driveway that are dedicated to you specifically. The neighborhood is bike, walk and running friendly. There are numerous hiking trails across the street. The house is across the street from Harvey Creek Trail and nature preserve.
Other things to note
We want to be sure that all guests know that we do live in the house, on the floor/the unit underneath the top floor/Guest Suite. We have a 1.5 year old and do our best to keep her happy for our guests. You may still hear her on occasions. We’ve had this rented as a nightly rental, at our residence for several years and no one has ever complained, but we still think it’s super important to let you know ahead of time. We truly care about our guests and want everyone to be on the same page. We LOVE hosting!
