Located in the main complex of the Swiss Waterski Resort, this stunning contemporary 3 bedroom pool home allows you to relax while feeling a true connection to nature. The private swimming pool and tropical garden offers an unobstructed view of Lake Sumner. Waterskiing and golf are on site and the Orlando theme parksare located just 30-40 minutes away.
The screened in porch blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating in the porch area which is perfect for meals and family gatherings. It's peaceful setting also allows for relaxation and meditation while surrounded by nature. There is additional seating on the pool deck for those that want to soak up the Florida sunshine or take in the breezes from the lake.
The interior of the home includes elegant, soothing decor inspired by the sea. There is a pool table on the first floor to gather around and test your skills! The fully equipped kitchen has all new stainless appliances. It's spacious layout allows for plenty of room to gather and share in the pleasure of preparing a tasty meal. Or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while taking in the gorgeous natural surroundings. The adjoining dining area seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen nook. Or just steps away, you can also dine al fresco!
High ceilings make this beautiful home feel more spacious than it already is. The living room offers two separate seating areas, one to watch TV and the other to cozy up with your favorite book. All three bedrooms as well as the living area have TV's (with Roku's). The spacious upstairs Queen bedroom includes its own private full bathroom with a family tub. Downstairs there are two King bedrooms which share a full bathroom. One of these King bedrooms can convert to two twin beds. There is also a half bath on the first floor for guest use. There is also a single/twin bed in a loft area on the 2nd floor which overlooks the balcony.
Book a waterski set with one of the private onsite ski lakes by visiting Swiss Ski School or MC Skis. Golf onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge! Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers. Historic Downtown Clermont and the Clermont Chain of Lakes are a must see!
