Great place for the entire family. There is a fully fenced yard for pets, and accommodations for kids: One room is kid inviting. One King bed in the master with an adjoining master bath with large walk-in shower, all stone and brand new construction. The other two bedrooms each have a queen. Plenty of street parking in addition to a drive way that will hold 2 cars. Large couch with chaise lounger allows for many to enjoy the 65 inch mounted smart TV.
The fully stocked kitchen has a regular coffee pot, tea pot, place settings for 12, seating for 12, kids plates and cups, and everything you would need to cook large family meals. The downstairs has a separate desk area where you can work remotely. Guests can use the neighborhood community pool and fitness facility.
This property is nestled a few blocks between the Boise River and the Boise Foothills, both within walking distance. You can walk or ride your bike on the greenbelt to Miriam Park where you can fish, picnic or play. It's also a great location, less than a mile, to easily get to Barber Park where you can rent a raft or paddle board to float the Boise River. This is a must-do activity while visiting the area! Other outdoor activities abound, with the Boise Greenbelt for running, walking, or cycling (we have provided bikes for you!) within walking distance. This neighborhood is the home to a food truck and live music every Thursday evening. There are numerous hiking trails nearby as well. and also several lovely golf courses within a few miles.
A few blocks away is a market and coffee shop and several local restaurants where you can get Pizza at Lucky 13, Sushi at the Lost Shack, Ice Cream at The STIL who crafts small batch ice cream from Idaho dairy. They have creative and creamy vegan flavors too! Lastly, the Lemon Tree offers the best sandwiches in Boise. Only 5 minutes from Simplot Soccer Fields and Downtown Boise and Boise State University!!! Central to the best of Boise.
Bown Crossing, a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub of Boise, is also very close by with fabulous dining and a public library, Bown Crossing is one of Boise's most desirable neighborhoods, due to the liveability and walkability of the area. The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, running outdoor shows in the summer and early fall, is a 15 minute bike ride or 10 minute drive away. Bring a picnic and enjoy Shakespeare, musicals, and other plays.
