This could be the best location in Breck. We are located right in middle of town. The center of Mainstreet is a few minute walk. The Snowflake lift, Peak 8 Gondola, Peak 9 access, Breck Free Ride Shuttle, and Blue River Plaza are all just 1-2 blocks away. Park your vehicle in one of our reserved parking spots and don't worry about getting back into it until its time to head home.
Come relax and soak up the mountains in our freshly remodeled 2Br/2 Bth 1144 sq ft condo. The master bedroom sleeps 5 with a queen bed and a full over twin bunk and has its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds and its own bath bath as well that includes a steam shower. Full laundry set is located within this bath as well. The dining area sits 7 at the table and 2 at the kitchen counter area. The outdoor patio sits 4 with a beautiful view of the mountains and includes a brand new natural gas Weber grill. The spacious living area has a 55" flat screen with satellite tv, ,wifi, 2 comfy sofas and a gas fireplace.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal for the entire family. After a big day of skiing or hiking you can soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area and play in the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (off-site) on Village Rd. There is also an outdoor ski locker located just outside the front door.
