The main living area is an open concept, perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with your group. Parkview Retreat at Brunner Farm is a wonderfully designed and well-cared for home nestled in the highly desired community of Windsor. With it's great layout that makes socializing and interacting with your housemates a breeze, you are sure to find enjoyment with the large kitchen with everything you may need to cook your favorite meals. A dual Keurig and drip style coffee maker is available and supplied with coffee for those early morning goers. A beautiful dining table with live edge wood that seats eight sits in the open concept living area below a chandelier. For additional seating there are four bar stools for the kitchen counter peninsula.
A spacious king bedroom with ensuite is located down the main floor hall and perfect for providing some peace and quiet from the living area. Two nicely appointed bedrooms with queen beds are also located off of the main floor hall with access to a full bathroom. A sofa bed is also located in the living room for accommodating additional guests as needed. Enjoy the open gaming and entertainment area in the lower level of the home with a ping pong table, board games and huge sectional sofa with smart TV. This is the perfect open concept living area to unwind with your friends and family after your days adventures. Adjacent to the living area in the lower level of the home you will find an office nook with a great desk for getting some work done if needed. A nicely decorated queen bedroom and full bathroom are also located in the lower level and provide some privacy from your group.
Looking for some fresh air? Right across the street from the home, you will find Brunner Farm Park with it's lush lawns, a playground, walking trails and a covered shelter with table area for your enjoyment. Two cruiser bicycles are located in the garage for exploring the great community of Windsor with its plentiful walking/bike paths. The home also has a great back patio area for soaking in some Colorado sunshine.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The kids loved the basement, ping pong table, and collection of toys. There was even a park right across the street. Beds are comfy and there were lots of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen is large and well equipped. The bathrooms are a little small, but that is truly the only fault I could find in this house. We would definitely stay here again.
