About this space
Set in the heart of the Norfolk country side this lovely barn is located in the village of Plumstead Green. This peaceful location amidst the owners 4 acres of land offers guests a complete hideaway, yet it is close to the beautiful Georgian Town of Holt and the Victorian seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer. Enjoy the many walks and cycle trails or just relax on the outside patio and enjoy the tranquility. Guests are welcome to enjoy shared use of the surrounding gardens and paddocks.
The space
I'm delighted to be welcoming guests to Flint Lodge a spacious and comfortable barn conversion. Flint lodge is one of four cottages within the grounds of Green Farm. The Lodge has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort and privacy in mind.
Flint Lodge sleeps up to five guests and can be adapted to suit your requirements.
Located in the heart of the Norfolk country side in the village of Plumstead Green. Flint Lodge is set in beautiful peaceful location yet only a few miles away is the beautiful Georgian Town of Holt and the nearby Victorian seaside resorts of Sheringham and Cromer.
Ground Floor:
A spacious entrance hall leads onto the Sitting Room, The kitchen/dining area and a downstairs shower room and toilet.
The living room has beam, underfloor heating an=d a wood burner giving a cosy feel to the room, There are two comfortable sofas, a bookcase full of books and games. A Freeview TV, DVD Player and a CD are all provided for guests to enjoy.
The kitchen /dining area is a good size and has a farmhouse style table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. Appliances include an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: has a super kingsize zip and link bed (can be twin on request) a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for guest storage
Bedroom 2: has a super king size zip and link bed (can be twin on request) plus a z-bed for a child.
Bathroom with a bath and toilet
Private parking for 2 cars is available
There will be complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which i'm sure will be welcome for those arriving after a long journey.
Guest access
Guests have a private patio and out door dining area plus they can enjoy shared access to the lawned gardens and paddock with the other cottages in the owners 4-acre grounds. Dogs must be kept on leads as there are sheep on the farm
