This cosy cottage is ideal for couples. Located in an idyllic country setting the cottage features original beams it is comfortably furnished with all of the essentials required for a quiet getaway. The cottage is set in the owners 4 -acre grounds and forms part of a small courtyard of four cottages. It is surrounding by beautiful countryside offering many walking and cycling trails. The cottage has its own private patio and guests can enjoy shared access to the lawned areas and paddocks.

I look forward to welcoming guests To The Stables a lovely conversion that forms part of a small courtyard that includes 3 other cottages. Guests can really relax and unwind in this quiet location. The Georgian Town of Holt is only a few miles away offering an array of artisan shops and cafes and the seaside resorts of Sheringham and Cromer are a short drive away.
The cottage is ideal for couples looking to escape and sleeps two.
Ground floor: Enter into the open plan living space with two comfortable armchairs Freeview TV, DVD player and CD.
The dining area area has table and two chairs
Kitchen: Well equipped with all of the essentials including: electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom with double bed, Wardrobe and chest of drawers for guests storage.
En-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
You will have access to the entire cottage, a private patio area and shared access to the lawned area and paddock within my 4-acre grounds.
We also provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sizes bottle of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. Access is via a private driveway onto Green Farm. There is parking available. a private outdoor seating area and shared access to the grounds.
Other things to note
The property is pet friendly although dogs must be kept on a lead as there are sheep on the farm.
A cot/highchair are available on request.
