This 3 bed/2 bath home is bright, spacious and located centrally in Boise. This home comes with a master bedroom suite with hand painted mural, cozy fireplace, 2 full baths, & comfortable living area with sofa sleeper. This home is also has a fully fenced yard with gas fire pit and outdoor dining area, fully stocked & equipped kitchen, and in-house washer & dryer. 1.5 miles to the Boise Train Depot, 2.1 miles to BSU and 2.5 miles to down town.
Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.
The whole home is yours! Plenty of room for parking including under the carport. The garage is the only place that is off limits.
Main floor: Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the smart TV equipped with a sound system. The sectional couch also pulls out to an extra bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom, and hand painted mural. The second room on the main floor is equipped with a queen bed and plenty of room for clothing storage. The main floor also has a second full bathroom and a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people. Two additional chairs and a small table is also located near the kitchen to accommodate larger families or intimate games.
Upstairs: The third bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. Upstairs also has a collection of books, including children's books.
Downstairs: There is a smaller sized game table (2ft by 4 ft) that includes pool, foosball, ping pong, chess and backgammon. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs including laundry detergent, an iron, and ironing board.
A carport is available for use, as well as a large back yard with globe lighting and seating for a night under the stars or lunch outside. Seating includes outdoor dining table, gas fire pit, hammock chairs, and much more.
The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, iron and much much more!

A 10 minute walk can get you to a park, grocery store, coffee shop, and even an escape room. Uber and Lyft is also available in the area if needed.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
