The grand entrance of the home is up 2 sets of stairs from the street. Very common for the big homes at Ohio State University.
On the first floor you will find the dining room (seats 8 people), the living room, the kitchen, a coat closet, and one of the bedrooms.
The living room has a comfortable couch, smart TV, and additional seating.
The kitchen has a Keurig, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and more.
There is a backdoor on both sides of the kitchen that lead to the back yard.
Access the basement through the kitchen. We have made the basement our game room. Enjoy ping pong, darts, a mini pop a shot, and a golf putting strip.
The second floor contains 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom. This bathroom has 2 showers in it.
Each bedroom has a unique vibe/amenities, lighting options, and storage for clothing.
The third floor is an additional bedroom. It also contains a yoga/stretching area and a very comfortable dedicated workspace.
