**Just a friendly heads-up: getting to our island oasis is all part of the adventure! It is boat access only... While our private island ferry dock is undergoing a $1.2m reconstruction (2025 - 2026), you'll debark on the island at a neighboring dock just one dock north of our community. You can expect an extra 3-minute walk from there to the condo. We recommend hiring Brett's Island "Taxi" if you'd like extra assistance with your bags/groceries. Additionally, our beach boardwalk is currently not useable, so access to the beach will be in the sand alongside the existing boardwalk (beach carts prohibited during this time in order to protect the dunes)
*To make sure everything runs smoothly before/after your stay, we have a handy exterior front door ring camera in place. It helps us keep an eye on things like housekeeping, maintenance, and your arrival/departure times. It's all about ensuring your experience with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
