Positive: It was well equipped, the beds comfortable, even the pull out couch and I loved the view! The location is great and very close to town and the beach.You can't really see the ocean on the first level but being the end unit we were next to the woods and grassy dunes.We enjoy the quietness, fresh breezes and sounds of the ocean. The big front windows open up and they have three wonderful chairs to sit there and watch the wildlife. There were many birds and one morning we were visited by deer right below our patio.
Negative: Both bathroom locations were behind bedroom doors. So there was no ability to close a bedroom door for privacy. They have a screen in the smaller bedroom and we put that up in front of the entrance to the bedroom to allow use of the bathroom for privacy in the bedroom for my daughter and her husband. We also didn't care for the situation with the front door key. Once inside we had to leave it on the kitchen counter. It is a single key with no fob on it. So afraid we were going to lose it. Then when it came to trying to lock the door inside at night there was a whole process we could not figure out. I had to text the management company and it was very late. I do have to say their response was very fast. They went through the whole process step by step. We would have never figured that out. We have stayed in a lot of places and never had a door lock that way. Later on in the laundry room in some paperwork we found a card with the information. It really should be hung by the door permanently.
